It automatically extracts data from these business applications and places them into a spreadsheet so you can easily produce a wide range of reports and charts. By importing data into the familiar environment of Excel, you can analyse it and present it in the format you choose. Consequently very little specific training is required and it can be used by both financial and non-financial users to run enquiries or produce reports. Kypera XLR reports enable you to run the same report in future to provide refreshed data, so you can use the same report format again and again - whenever you need the updated figures.

Detailed analysis made simple

Authorised users of Kypera XLR can drill down into and around the data in the report, to check anomalies or break it down by (say) cost centre, sales type, product and project, right down to individual transaction level. By combining the ease and presentation capabilities of Microsoft Excel with the power to extract any data into any cell, Kypera XLR makes report design, production and distribution simple.
