Kypera Housing assists housing professionals by making complicated tasks like managing arrears and raising repairs straightforward, accurate and fast. The system’s wizard-based workflow and powerful database structure ensure watertight operations where nothing gets missed. Powerful and flexible searches enable you to search the entire database by person, property, or occupancy.

The ‘Home Screen’ allows you to save common searches (however complex) in a convenient place, so you can use them again quickly and easily. Coupled with the configuration of the system’s views and workflows on a per user basis, you can see immediately where to focus your attention without wading through many screens or searches.

Quick and easy reports

You have various reporting options, so you can choose what suits you or your organisation best. There’s Kypera XLR – an Excel add-in for reporting on Kypera systems that refreshes the data each time it is run, the in-built Microsoft reporting tools or you can export the data grid to Excel in exactly the format that you see on the screen. In addition, you can schedule reports to run and be delivered at specific times using Kypera Reporting.

Value for money

It has been estimated that a 3,000-unit housing association will benefit from directly identifiable savings of in excess of £100,000 over a 5 year period, by choosing Kypera Housing over a competitive solution. This is inclusive of implementation, annual maintenance, licence fees and assumes two upgrades during that period.

Total contract values are guaranteed to fall below the EU Tender Threshold which is currently £157,000 over a four year period for all housing providers under 5,000 units, freeing housing providers of additional bureaucracy.
