Soho HA chooses Kypera Housing
Soho HA chooses Kypera Housing over other housing management systems for ease of use, modern technology, customer care and cost-savings

Soho has been a Kypera customer for over seven years through their use of Kypera Financials and is currently implementing Kypera Housing during the first quarter of 2012.
"Our primary reasons for moving our housing management to Kypera were the great levels of customer service that we have enjoyed through using Kypera Financials coupled with a very modern housing system that is quick and easy to use" commented Carmen Clarke, Housing Manager at Soho. "We already have a strong relationship with Kypera and we know that they are large enough to provide us with great levels of service and support whilst being small enough to know our business and really care about Soho".

Kypera Housing was evaluated against other systems and came out on top in terms of ease of use, the ability to enter and retrieve information quickly and the modern look that is familiar to users of Microsoft systems. Kypera Housing is also expected to save Soho around £16,000 in software licensing and maintenance costs over the next five years as well as giving the association the best system longevity on account of being built using latest .NET technologies.

Sovereign Business Integration worked with Soho HA to make sure that the right solution was selected to meet their business needs.
The 36 day implementation project began in January 2012 and the system will be live in April 2012 which will include data migration from the legacy system, an upgrade of Kypera Financials with integration to the new Kypera Housing system and training for all staff.
