Kypera Housing 2.6

Kypera are continually developing systems in order to meet the needs of customers. Kypera Housing 2.6 shows Kypera's commitment to the sector and to continual improvement of what is a powerful, modern and cost effective Housing Management System.

Time savings: The new ‘Incoming Call’ screen enables staff to input all or part of a telephone number or email address in order to obtain all the details connected to that input, making available links to all areas of the system without the need to exit from the display. These facilities can also be linked to the telephone system for the front-desk so that the caller’s details are loaded automatically.


Direct Debits: Version 2.6 has been enhanced to enable the production of electronic AUDDIS and Direct Debit collection files which, can then be transmitted through your banking software. Bank details are held against individual people so that multiple direct debits can exist against a single occupancy.


Complaints Compliments and Suggestions: This flexible new module allows you to reflect your business’s requirements and coding structures. Entries can be raised against the stock, people, occupancies, contractors or individual members of staff or departments. There are facilities for recording witness statements and an escalation policy which feeds through to individuals’ Work Trays.


Care and Support: This new module is to enable you to work within this specialised area, from recording   assessments of potential scenarios, evaluating how the business could assist and progressing the initial assessment through to becoming a case. A case can be referred internally or to external agencies and again, this feeds into the work tray so that staff can easily see where the case currently rests.
