• 1981 - Thompson Systems spun off from a firm of Chartered Accountants in the City of London

• 1983 - Becomes one of first ever resellers of SunSystems (produced by Systems Union)

• 1988 - Thompsons wins its 50th SunSystems customer

• 1994 - Purchase Requisitioning released as SunSystems Companion Product

• 1996 - Thompsons achieves 100 customers

• 1998 - ICE32 software released

• 2001 - Kypera Web released

• 2002 - Thompson Systems has joint ownership of Intellectual Property Rights to ICE32, ceases selling SunSystems and launches ICE32 as Kypera Financials

• 2002 - Kypera XLR released

• 2004 - Kypera Limited starts operations, incorporates Thompson Systems and purchases ICE Systems’ business

• 2005 - Kypera results show 35% PBT

• 2006 - Kypera acquires Hometeam.net, a class-leading housing management solution

• 2007 - Kypera acquires the business of our New Zealand reseller

• 2008 - Kypera launch new housing system
