	Ian is the original founder of Kypera Ltd and retains a hands-on role. A Chartered Accountant, Ian's principal role in the business is the International identification and development of business opportunities, either through acquisition or partnership and the strategic management of product design and direction.

LESLEY THOMPSON


	Finance Director Responsible for Kypera's financial management, Lesley has a long background in company administration and financial management. Lesley's role is to ensure that prudent and proper financial procedures and reporting is undertaken.

DEBBIE MCCORMACK


	Operations Director Coming from a Housing Finance background Debbie has considerable experience of software implementations into many different organisations and is responsible for all customer operations in the UK and New Zealand.
